Brazil Salmo Plus 2018
This Brazil is a natural process coffee meaning, the processors are letting the fruit and the nutrients from the skin and the sugars go into the seed through the drying process. This processing technique is directly correlated to this coffees complex depth and sweetness. Notes of cocoa and cacao nibs are very present with a subtle sweetness of strawberry resides at the end of the cup.
The Salmo Plus is a created by combining coffees from five different farms, within two top-tier regions: Fazendas Lenheiros, Alcaan, Santa Barbara and Queixadas from Cerrado and Fazenda do Lobo from Sul de Minas.
