This coffee was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process. The process is considered a natural decaffeination, it uses an organic compound found in sugar cane - to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The process tends to leave a pleasant, sweet flavor.
All coffee orders ship the day after your selected roast day. To ensure your purchase is processed on time, orders must be placed by 2pm on your selected roast day. Orders placed after 2pm on a roast day may not be processed until the following roast day.
